Our Patch Associates are the heart of the guest experience at Conejo Family Farms. They help create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment for families while assisting with daily operations throughout the patch.

Responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming and assisting guests

• Monitoring attractions such as hayrides, inflatables, and mazes

• Helping with admissions and guest questions

• Assisting with admissions, pumpkins purchases, and U-Pick activities and purchases

• Keeping the patch clean, organized, and safe

• Assisting with opening and closing duties

• Providing friendly, enthusiastic customer service

• Helping wherever needed during busy periods

Pay: $18/hour
Position: Seasonal, Part-Time
Schedule: September–October, including weekends

Physical Requirements:

• Standing: Must stand on feet for long periods during the shift.

• Lifting: Must safely lift up to 25 pounds without help.

• Reaching & Bending: May need to bend, twist, or reach overhead while lifting.

Team Leads help keep the patch running smoothly during daily operations. They serve as a leader and resource for Patch Associates while working closely with the Patch Manager to ensure guests have a great experience.

Responsibilities may include:

• Directing and supporting Patch Associates during shifts

• Monitoring guest flow, wait times, and overall guest experience for assigned team

• Communicating operational needs to the Patch Manager

• Assigning daily tasks and helping manage staff coverage

• Ensuring attractions and guest areas are operating smoothly

• Assisting with guest questions, concerns, and problem-solving

• Monitoring cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation

• Helping train and support new employees

• Stepping in wherever needed during busy periods

• Helping with opening and closing procedures

• Assisting with guest questions and resolving minor issues

Pay: $22/hour

The Patch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the pumpkin patch runs safely, efficiently, and professionally. This role leads the seasonal team and serves as the primary on-site point of contact.

Responsibilities may include:

• Overseeing daily patch operations

• Managing and supporting seasonal staff

• Coordinating Team Leads and daily staff assignments

• Monitoring guest flow, wait times, and overall guest experience for entire operation.

• Ensuring attractions and guest areas are running safely and efficiently

• Handling guest concerns and operational issues

• Monitoring cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience

• Communicating with ownership regarding daily operations and staffing needs

• Conducting opening and closing procedures

• Troubleshooting issues and making decisions throughout the day

Pay: $30/hour
